Tuber calcaneus

I went to the dentist's for the regular dental check yesterday. I make it a rule to go there twice a year.

I was worried about my tuber calcaneus in my mouth which I happened to know on the tv program' tameshite gatten '.

It was about the diseases of the teeth and the oral. Especially the tuber in the oral cavity.

I didn't notice I had a tuber in my mouth...they say ' tuber calcaneus '.

"If you ignore bad tuber calcaneus you might have serious sickness in the future" 

Said the supervisor in the program.

I was very shocked but I haven't had any problems for that. I can sleep well and never do bruxism as long as I remember.

So...I asked the dentist if I needed a surgery. But he advised that my case was not so bad as other's worse one. 

I was relieved to hear that and back home with whitening treatment.

As you know, the oral care is the first thing to avoid periodontal disease.

The periodontal disease is caused by dental calculus. I was scraped it which I couldn't  remove by brushing.

I thought I would go to the dentist's more often than every half a year. I made an appointment three months later.

I will go to the dentist's four times a year to keep my teeth and gums healthier.
