It's a NGO to help children who have life threatening illness.

It's " Make A Wish of Japan ".

The organization is aiming to fulfill 200 wishes this year.

Manager Hisako Ohno says. A wish that may put a child’s health at risk — such as a trip overseas — is also tricky.

The original Make-A-Wish foundation was  in Arizona in 1980, after local police staged a special event for a boy with leukemia whose wish was to become a police officer for a day.
