What's the most important he learned...

I'm very impressed with the article on the web magazine about the man who works to manage people for the company.

He used to be a worker for 25 years at the Mac Donald Japan. He is telling that he learned a lot and the most important things from the company, Mac Donald. After he was retired  from the company he has been making effort to pay his goodness back to the young generation to encourage and help to find their important life.

He said in the interview below.

" I'd like to eat more Moss burger than Mac. I didn't work at Mac because I liked hamburgers.

I didn't work for humberger selling company but worked for the one which makes people and grow them. That's why I could do my best of all for the company."

The word makes me smile and happy because his word is full of confidence and faith  for the true life.

Especially, I like his goal to increase

' happy mileage '. It's a great thought and beautiful thinking. I will also follow the positive thinking to produce a happy mileage in my mind.
