A great old poet passed away

The oldest poet Toyo Shibata has died. She was 101 years old.

She started to write poem and posted in the paper from 92 years old and her first book of poem was best seller of 1,5million.

The book is ' Don't crack up ' encouraged many people and she always cheered people in problem.

She also worried about people who were devasted from the big disaster in North East Japan.

She never stopped writing poems to comfort people.

I'm going to be 100 years soon

The road to the heaven is near here

The day will be around me

Then I will be sunshine beam

Riding on the breeze 

I will always cheer you up
