The tree

The trees in the park which had white dried flowers on the bared branches were very tall and big standing steady in winter sky. Though I didn't know the name of the  tree. I wanted to know it.

I was looking for someone who is responsible for the park and asked a woman who took care of the flower bed near there. 

But she didn't remember the name. She was kind enough to call her boss  if he remembered the name but he didn't. But she promised me to let me know it later.

Finally she came back to tell me what I wanted to know. She said it was American Tulip Tree.

The flowers which I thought were not the flowers but the fruits.

Their flowers bloom in spring to summer shaped like a tulip...that's why it's called Tulip Flower.

I saw the dead fruits after the flowers but they seemed like flowers in winter.

I felt like a fantasy to know the strange trees but they are very familiar to me.
