A Calf

I've finished reading the books ' The calves of joy '. The two volumes of the hard covered book which were newly published last November.

The author is Arata Tendo, who got Naoki literature prize by 

'The man with condolence'.

His another book 'The calves in forever' is also represent his early works.

I've impressed with his novels. One of them is an eternal theme in life, an infant eyes and spirits.

The characters in this recent books are two brothers and a younger sister in an unlucky  family.

It's not the one which leads to be happy end but leaves me a lot of heavy problems and conflicts but not the solution.

So after reading the book it made me tough and heart aching.

Makoto, Shoji and Kaori are symbols of the weakness in the society but the absolute sane eyes and the justice.

I felt I should protect them, the pure and genuine heart in the childhood.

Books hold me going back to the time travel. I was one of the children.

It was a great journey in the book.
