Sprain

It was in the morning yesterday when I slipped a small step in the garage floor I had my ankle twisted.

It gave me shock and pain in my ankle at the time.

But I didn't care and kept walking around the shopping area. I enjoyed shopping and eating for hours.

I found my ankle hurt and hard to walk at night after having taken shoes off at home.

I thought the pain from the sprain in the morning yesterday.

I had to make my foot icing and taping for a while.

They say you have to stay quiet at home for a few days until pain removed when you got twisted your ankle and hurt.

It's my unlucky day in these days.
