The secret sauce

I've got the secret sauce recipe from a professional cook.
It's called ' egg yolk and vinegar '.
It's good much for meat and fish.
I tasted rolled pork inside Japanese mustard spinach cooked by her. She gave it to me in a package.
I took and ate it at home and well done with alcohol especially Japanese wine.
I appreciate for the great recipe of the sauce and  willing to try it by myself later.
She said it can preserve for a while in the fridge because it is included with vinegar which can keep food fresh longer.
It seems really home made dressing sauce you can arrange it with mayonnaise . I will put some cream cheese in it.
