Ripening

Ginkgo nuts are falling from the trees in these season.

I picked some up and washed and took the fruit off at home.

It was much harder than what I expected because the juicy fruits of the ginkgo was stinky like excreta.

I won't pick them up for the second time.

But I'd like to use the ginkgo for steamed egg custard.
