Walking with my dog

When I walk my dog one of the usual ways which I have some different courses, I see the change of the season.
There are some kinds of iris blooming along the sidewalk today.
' Iris ' is originated from Greek Goddess and it means ' rainbow '.
In Japanese there are three kinds of names for iris.
One is Ayame which I introduce now. The others are Kakitsubata and Shobu.
It's so difficult for me to distinguish them.
But it's so nice and easy to say in English ' iris '.
I think Japanese words are somehow too delicate to nature. Our Japanese culture makes a lot of expressions and detail feeling.
I'm very proud of Japanese mind being the part of nature. Our life is supported by nature.
