Slow down

TED is "Technology Entertainment Design " which gives a super presentation by the people who have an original theory and powerful achievement.

I'm recently impressed with the philosophy "slow down" , which makes me  think how important to spend time in the life.

I mean I don't need to hurry nor dash but need to recognize the worth of living.

This is the presentation which caught my eyes.
